  • 14A6584 Bootlid seal up to 1991
Boot lid seal for all cars prior to 1991. Held in place on the boot lid using 26 clips (part number A8). When fitting, the lip part of the seal open end for clips should face the inner boot catch- (the open end of the seal facing inwards to the boot lid all the way round.

Fitting the wrong way round makes it very difficult to close lid as the thinner part of the seal should but up to the car body -not the fatter part.

  • CCB10011MS Front windscreen rubber 1991-2000
Fitted from late 1992 and on all MPI cars 1996 on this seal has an extra lip to give a neater seal line to help quieten down windscreen/panel vibration noise on the "drive by" homologation tests.

Also designed to help stop windscreens from leaking this seal does hold water under the extra lip causing rust on the windscreen scuttle/bodywork aperture if the rubber is perishing or going hard through weather exposure--to save rust problems many owners fit the earlier screen rubber-see CZH1719MS.

Fit rubber onto body first, then fit glass into rubber.

Our rubbers are best quality from UK supplier tried and tested over 20 years so beware of all the cheap rubbers available.

We can change seals and fit glass in our workshop. If you need help to do this use the enquiry form below to make a booking
    NZ$ 78.00
  • CGA2835MS Door seal MK3 through to 1996
Genuine correct length with cut outs and drain holes in the correct places. The MK3 door seal is notable because of it's large 'bulb' area. The 'bulb' is the round section that the door closes against. The size is determined by how much gap the door leaves. If the bulb is too small as is found on the MKI and II then the air rushes in. If the MK3 seal is used on a MK1/II then the door is VERY difficult to close! These are not just cut lengths of rubber as commonly sold by accessory shops and most mini specialists. THESE ARE ORIGINAL TYPE SEALS with the correct and exact cut outs and air/drain holes which make them so easy to fit. These were fitted up to the introduction of the twin point cars in 1996 which then
    NZ$ 65.00
  • CKE10018 Boot seal - late type
Later style boot seal that fits on car body instead of boot lid. If your boot lid has no holes drilled around the inner edge then this is the seal required. Fitted from about 1988 on
    NZ$ 40.00
  • CZH1719MS Front windscreen rubber
Rubber seal for all Mini windscreens to 1991. We regularly replace screen seal in our workshop. If you need help with this give us a call to make a booking

For silver / chrome finish locking strip, see 24A1466MS

REMEMBER: YOU MUST FIT THE RUBBER TO THE BODY FIRST. DO NOT USE THE STRING METHOD BECAUSE IT STRETCHES AND TEARS THE RUBBER.

For later cars from 1991 to 1996, there is a wider rubber which was fitted to help stop leaks and hopefully prevent rusting, see part CCB10011MS.

  • JRC2673 Rear quarter window seal for fixed windows
Not every Mini has hinged rear quarter windows (rear side windows). This is the seal for the ones that don't open. The original rubber is prone to being very baked by the sun and thus dry out and crack. The other problem comes from people that have the car painted without removing these and thus they are often painted on. Made for the larger Mk3 window this can be cut and shortened along the top horizontal as a substitute for the correct one discontinued over 30 years ago
