Introduced for competition engines where the increased rev limits or temperature can cause LUF10005 or 13H2934 seals to leak, this fits all minis except automatic

If the clutch pedal becomes stiff or is slow to return it is a symptom of a failing clutch flexi hose. This hose will cure the problem

Fits to GSY110MS clutch slave cylinder

Clutch slave pushrod for all minis. The eylet hole wears over time reducing the travel of the clutch arm. Most clutch problems we see are a combination of wear in the clutch arm, push rod and lever clevis pins

Clutch release plunger, pre Verto. This is the carrier that holds the clutch release bearing

All Minis until the Verto setup in about 1982 used this long clutch arm. This current version is stronger than the original, which was prone to fatigue and bending. The arm often needs replacement due to enlargement of the pivot pin hole and wear of the ball end

Clutch case gasket. Many companies that copy these gaskets are not aware that the gasket thickness and consistency is important as it affects idler gear clearance. This gasket measures 30 thou or 0.77mm

Retaining washer for primary gear. Prone to wear which will hinder correct setup of primary gear end float.

Flanged bronze bushing at the rear of primary gear. If the flange is damaged or the bush ID becomes too large this will fix it. Bush must be honed to size after installation. Worn primary gear bushings can causes chattering of the clutch assembly.

2 thou oversize spacer ring that fits up against the primary gear on the crankshaft and held on by the 22A319 "C" washer. Both these parts wear as well as the gear so this handy oversize washer used in conjunction with a new C clip will often get primary gear clearance back into tollerance

Original metal reservoir clutch master cylinder. See GMC1008 for cheaper plastic reservoir alternative.

Floating front bush to fit primary gears with 1.75" bore. Fits with no modification or honing required. Fits 1275/1300 primary gears with 1.75" diameter, but will not work in 1.78" bore original Mini Cooper S primary gears, or later A+. Note: check the inner bush area is not machined on an angle by the oil hole as this will damage the new floating bush. This is how most A+ gears are machined.

"orange" pressure plate assembly, uses 17 lb spring. For performance road cars or mild competition.

Stainless steel braided clutch hose for pre Verto cars

Don't try to remove the flywheel on a Mini without one of these special pullers. The tappered seat must by design be extremely tight and this special puller leverages in the correct place to make removal possible. And since you can not change the clutch without pulling the flywheel every Mini owner must have one of these. Supplied with imperial and metric bolt sets to enable removal of Verto and pre Verto flywheels

Clutch seal fitting tool. Has polished sleeve to safely install new seal over the splines of the primary gear and seal seating tool, to push the seal into its final location in the Flywheel housing

Dust seal that presses on the splines of the primary gear to help keep clutch dust from wearing the rear main oil seal. Also acts as a handy oil filnger keeping drips off the clutch if you do get a leak. Can be retrofitted to earlier clutch assemblies.

The ball on the end of the clutch arm makes metal to metal contact with the release bearing plunger. If the hole in the plunger becomes too worn, it can lead to inadequate clutch disengagement. This plunger is correct for all Verto installations, for pre Verto see 22A180

The Verto clutch/flywheel component is different from earlier Minis and has an integral lockwasher

1.629" ID bushing for 1275cc primary gear. When replacing both front and rear bushings must be parallel honed to size. Fits all 1275s except original Cooper S.

Clutch kit for diaphragm spring clutch setup. Contains diaphragm spring, friction plate, release bearing and retaining clip

3 piece Borg and Beck Injection Clutch with the larger 190mm wide for 1990 on and all injection cars, but it can be used on earlier non injection Verto type engines

Borg and Beck Clutch Plate, upgraded when fitted to ERA Turbo, great plate for lightly tuned cars from 850-1275cc. 180mm diameter

Clutch master cylinder suitable for any model mini. A slightly cheaper alternative to tin cylinder variety

Clutch slave cylinder for all pre Verto engines.

We would highly recommend replacing the clutch flexi hose also. It is very common for hoses to swell with age which restricts flow and makes pedal feel stiff. Hose to suit is 13H300

Verto clutches are identified by the very short clutch arm (DAM5355) and feature the slave cylinder mounted pointing downward on a steel plate (DAM5992)

Every mini owner will require this 1.5" socket at some stage as it does the pre A plus flywheel bolt when changing the clutch and also the swivel pin retaining nuts on your hubs plus the mainshaft/pinion nut in the gearbox. 1/2" Drive
